LOHR, Justice.

This is a proceeding under this court’s rules prohibiting the unauthorized practice of law, C.R.C.P. 228 to 240.1, to determine whether the respondent, Sy Prog, has engaged in the unauthorized practice of law and, if so, to determine the appropriate relief to be ordered. A hearing master appointed by this court conducted a hearing, made findings, and concluded that the respondent had engaged in the unauthorized practice of law.
