This is an original proceeding in contempt based on a verified motion filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel (now Office of Regulation Counsel). The motion asked us to issue a contempt citation to the respondent, Fred Yancy Boyer, to show cause why he should not be held in contempt for violating our previous order immediately suspending him from the practice of law on April 16, 1998.
