— In an action to recover the value of property stolen from the plaintiffs place of business, the defendant, the Protection People, Inc., appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Hyman, J.), dated August 8, 1983, as denied its cross motion for partial summary judgment limiting its liability to 10% of its contract price, i.e., $18.

Order reversed, insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, and the defendant the Protection People, Inc.’s motion for partial summary judgment granted.
