Plaintiff appeals an adverse judgment arising out of an automobile collision.
On Monday, January 10, 1977, at about 3:00 p. m. defendant was driving north on Fourth Street in Albuquerque, in about the 6000 block. It had snowed that week-end and the street was icy. As defendant approached the area of the accident, the street was a sheet of ice. She wanted to get off the street on the right hand side. She was not apprehensive and did not panic.
