Raymundo Rico, Jr. appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of L~3 Communications Corporation (L — 3) and Megan Ridge. In six issues, Rico asserts the trial court erred by granting summary judgment on Rico’s claims for intentional infliction of emotional distress and for malicious prosecution because (1) he provided sufficient evidence to support all elements of each cause of action and to enable a rational jury to infer that L-3 could be held liable for Ridge’s conduct based on the doctrines of respon-deat superior and ratification, (2)…
