Opinion by Justice BRIDGES.
Appellants Barbara Soules Young (“Young”) and Amy Ganci (“Ganci”) appeal from the trial court’s denial of their motion to dismiss. In a single issue, appellants contend the trial court should have granted their motion to dismiss pursuant to chapter 27 of the Texas civil practice and remedies code, the Texas Citizens Participation Act (“TCPA”). For the reasons expressed in this opinion, we reverse the trial court’s order, render judgment granting appellants’ motion to dismiss pursuant to the TCPA, and remand this case to the trial court for further proceedings…
