Plaintiff, Imperial Casualty and Indemnity Company (Imperial), filed this declaratory judgment action on April 1, 1993 seeking a declaration of its rights, status and obligations to defendant, Radiator Specialty Company (Radiator), under a commercial liability insurance policy.
