James Ronald Cook was tried before a jury on two counts charging violations of 18 U.S.C. App. § 1202(a) (possession of a firearm by a convicted felon) on November 5, 1984. The jury returned a verdict of guilty on both counts. The District Court 1 sentenced Cook to two consecutive two-year terms.
