LESLIE, Chief Justice.
Plaintiff, L. D. Hawkins, for himself and citizens similarly situated, instituted this suit against the All American Bus Lines, Inc., seeking from the trial court (District Court of Stephens County) a mandatory injunction requiring said Bus Lines to transport him and others from station to station in Texas upon their payment of the required transportation charges.
