MARBLEY, District Court Judge.

Defendant-Appellant, Robert Ross, was convicted of knowingly and intentionally attempting to manufacture at least five but less than fifty grams of methamphetamine or at least fifty but less than 500 grams of a mixture containing methamphetamine.
