OPINION

GILMAN, Circuit Judge.

Alan Louis Hunyady was living in the home of his deceased father without the consent of the personal representative of his father’s estate, to whom control of the house had been given. After the representative informed federal agents that he had seen two machine guns and a silencer at the residence, he agreed to let them search the premises. When the house was searched, the agents found the firearms and silencer that belonged to Hunyady. Hunyady was subsequently charged with, and pled guilty to, being in possession of an unregistered machine gun, and was sentenced…
