State v. Mullinix

An information was filed in the Circuit Court of Dent County charging the appellant with the unlawful possession and sale of intoxicating liquors. The count charging the sale was dismissed. A trial was had to a jury on the remaining charge, resulting in a conviction and fine of three hundred dollars.
