This was an action in the court below to quiet title to the land described in the complaint. The complaint proceeds upon the theory that the appellee is the owner in fee of the land in controversy, and seeks to quiet title as against the appellants. The cause was tried by the court, which, at the request of the parties, made a special finding of the facts, and stated its conclusions of law thereon.
