The complaint contains two counts. The first alleges that on June 3, 1913, the plaintiff sold and delivered to defendant, at his special instance and request, on his farm in Gallatin county (described as “See. 15, Tp. 2 S., R. 2 E.”), hay and grain of the reasonable value of $91, no part of which has been paid.
