On March 30, 1973, plaintiff Glacier Campground, a limited partnership, and defendants Paul M. Blair, Jr., William W. Green III, and William E. Kuster entered into a contract for the sale and purchase of certain real estate in Flathead County. Pursuant to the contract, defendants were to pay plaintiff $293,000 for the real and personal property described therein.
