HERGET, Judge.

This is a concursus proceeding instituted by Esso Standard Oil Company against various alleged property owner Defendants and mineral owner Defendants to determine the ownership of funds deposited in the Registry of the Court resulting from the production of oil. For written reasons assigned by the Trial Court on the 9 day of February, 1959 judgment was rendered, read and signed on the 20 day of March, 1959 recognizing the property owners to be the owners of the funds so deposited and rejecting the demands of the mineral owners thereto.
