• This is an action to establish the boundary line between the tracts of land owned respectively by the plaintiffs and the defendants.

“It is admitted by the defendants that that portion of Section 85 in Township 16 South, Range 17 East, which lies immediately in the rear of Sections 60 and 61, same Township and Range, is the property of and belongs to the plaintiffs in this suit, and it is admitted by the plaintiffs that the rear portions of Sections 60 and 61 claimed by defendants belong to them, and that the point of contact of the respective properties of the plaintiffs and defendants is…
