LOTTINGER, Judge.
This is a petitory action to which petitioner, Joseph Levraea, and defendant, Wilfred J. Boudreaux, both claim title to a strip of land some 48 feet in width lying between properties of plaintiff and defendant which is not in dispute.
The record discloses that on July 1, 1942, Charles Wibel sold to defendant, from whom plaintiff derives his title, some 13 acres in the west half of the west half of the west half of the southwest quarter of Section 27, Township 9 South, Range 3 East, Southeastern District of Louisiana.
