Plaintiff-Appellant World Wide Association of Specialty Programs and Schools (‘World Wide”) filed suit in federal district court against Defendants-Appellees Jeff Berryman and Sue Scheff, as well as Ms. Scheffs business, Parents Universal Resource Experts, Inc., and its successor, PURE Foundation, Inc., after Mr. Berry-man and Ms. Scheff made negative remarks about World Wide on various internet sites.
