MEMORANDUM OPINION

I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff William F. Davis (“plaintiff’), an inmate at the James T. Vaughn Corree- tional Center, filed this civil rights complaint pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Presently before the court are cross-motions for summary judgment filed by plaintiff and defendants First Correctional Medical (“FCM”), Nurse Betty Bradley (“Bradley”), and Dr. Benjamin Robinson (“Dr. Robinson”) with supporting memoranda and responses thereto.
