T1 Plaintiff/Appellant Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway Company (Railway) seeks review of the trial court's order denying its motion for new trial after a jury verdict for Defendants/Appellees Bruce Wil-ley Trucking and Great West Casualty Company (Trucker) on the parties' claims and counterclaims to recover damages arising from a collision at a railroad crossing.
