Hugh Von Meshack, Lawayne Thomas, Linda Parker, and Terrence Ian Hodges appeal their convictions and sentences. We affirm in part, vacate in part, and remand in part.

In 1992, the Drug Enforcement Administration Heart of Texas Task Force (“DEA”) and the Coryell County Sheriffs Department began a joint investigation of what was believed to be a “crack” cocaine trafficking organization based in Temple, Texas.
