In this action for personal injuries Mrs. Lonnecker asked for $25,000.00 damages against the owners-operators and manager of the Washington Hotel in Kansas City. After the plaintiff and all her witnesses had testified and after the plaintiff had offered instructions hypothesizing her theory of the defendants’ liability the trial court directed the jury to return a verdict for the defendants.
