CASE SUMMARY

Defendant James H. Shultz (Shultz) appeals convictions of Driving While Intoxicated (I.C. 9-4-l-54(b)) and Driving Left of Center (I.C. 9-4-1-63) entered against him following a jury trial, claiming a dictionary should not have been sent into the jury and error in admission of testimony as to blood taken by hospital employees.

We affirm.
