In an action to recover damages for breach of an employment contract, the defendant appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Miller, J.), dated August 29, 1995, as granted the plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction enjoining the defendant, inter alia, from soliciting or dealing with the plaintiffs’ clients.
Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, and the plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction is denied.
