MEMORANDUM OPINION
OREN HARRIS, Senior District Judge.
This a diversity action by the administrator of the estate of a “named insured” seeking to recover under the provisions of uninsured motorist coverage contained in a policy of insurance written by defendant. The issues presented by the pleadings are (1) the liability of the driver of the vehicle which struck the vehicle upon which plaintiff’s decedent was riding, (2) the amount of damages, (3) whether the driver of the vehicle which struck the vehicle upon which plaintiff’s decedent was riding was an uninsured motorist, and (4) the amount…
