This case is submitted to the court without a jury. The facts are found to be as stated in the agreed stipulation of facts which are made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein.

This is an action brought by the plaintiff, Carmela Zanzonieo, in which the plaintiff demands of the defendants, Michael Zanzonico, individually, and as executor of the last will of Antonio Zanzonico, deceased, Joseph Zanzonico, Ealph Eusso, Yincenzo Guzzo and Manuel Monteiro, the possession of a tract of land, with appurtenances, situate in the City of Newark, County of Essex and State of…
