That land conveyed to husband and wife by one instrument constitutes them tenants by the entirety, unless the conveyance manifests a different intention, has become the settled law of this state. This is a rule of property not to be changed, except by the legislative department of the state: Dodd v. First National Bank of Eugene, 117 Or. 691 (245 Pac. 504); Twigger v.
