Each of the defendants 1 was charged under a separate criminal information with violation of Sections 7203 and 7262, Internal Revenue Code of 1954, 26 U.S.C. §§ 7203, 7262, for engaging in the business of accepting wagers without having registered and paid the tax required under the statute. Each defendant moved to suppress certain evidence secured by officers under a search warrant for the reason that the search warrant was invalid. The District Court denied the motion to suppress and found all defendants guilty as charged.
