OPINION

JANE BLAND, Justice.

The State charged Brett Gardner with three offenses of possession of child pornography. Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 43.26 (West Supp.2013). Gardner moved to suppress evidence obtained through execution of a search warrant at his home and his confession to having committed the offenses, which was procured during interviews with law enforcement. The trial court denied the motions, and, pursuant to a plea agreement with the State, Gardner pleaded guilty to all three offenses.
