OPINION

PER CURIAM. *

In this suit to review a decision by the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, the Government’s main contention is that the action should be dismissed, without consideration of the merits, on the ground that the plaintiff-contractor failed to present to the trial commissioner an adequately detailed challenge to the Board’s findings and determination. The commissioner rejected this course, passed to the substantive issues, and then recommended dismissal of the petition on the merits.
