Plaintiff Deborah Greenhorn filed suit against defendants alleging sexual harassment and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., as well as numerous state law claims, including assault, battery, sexual battery, invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
