*833In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the defendant appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Diamond, J.), dated January 30, 2009, as granted that branch of the plaintiffs motion which was for leave to reargue his opposition to her motion for an award of an attorney’s fee and for payment of the costs of producing an appellate record, which had been determined in a prior order dated October 29, 2008, and, upon reargument, vacated the order dated October 29, 2008, and thereupon denied her motion.
