Relators seek a writ of mandamus requiring respondent, the Honorable John Marshall, Judge of the 14th Judicial District Court of Dallas County, to vacate an order rendered October 1, 1984, which ordered relators to appear and give their deposition and which denied relators’ motion to quash the subpoenas.
