RAMSEY, Judge.
Appellant in this case was charged with unlawfully selling intoxicating liquors in Fannin County in violation of the local option law, and on conviction appeals to this court for redress.
This is a very singular case, and while many questions are raised, the only one worthy of discussion is as to whether or not the evidence sustains the conviction.
