This is an appeal from a judgment rendered in the district court of Oklahoma county, in an action brought by the defendant in error to collect upon a policy of insurance issued to Edward F. Buchanan, her deceased husband. We shall refer to the parties as they appeared in the trial court. The essential facts are as follows:
