This is an appeal from an order for the sale of the real estate belonging to the deceased. The appeal is by the Mercantile Trust Company, a corporation, which has succeeded to the interest of Prank H. Newlove, one of the heirs of the deceased and a devisee under the will. The principal question presented upon the appeal is whether or not, under the facts shown, the court is justified in ordering the sale of the entire real estate of the deceased, instead of a part thereof only.
