Complainant brings this action to obtain a writ of injunction against the defendants, enjoining them, during the pendency of the suit and until further order of the court, from enforcing and attempting to carry into effect the provisions of an ordinance, numbered 25, passed by the city council of the city of San Francisco, prohibiting the burial of the dead within the city and county of San Francisco, and from in anywise preventing or interfering with the complainant in the burial of the dead body of Sarah R.
