Plaintiff appeals from an order made by the trial eonrt upon application of defendant, reducing the monthly payments ordered to be paid by defendant to plaintiff under the terms of an interlocutory and a final decree of divorce. Plaintiff contends that the payments were ordered as “a part of the division of the community property by the Court,” and hence were not subject to modification. We have concluded that the trial court was justified in determining that such payments were in the nature of alimony and child support and could and should be reduced, and that the order appealed from must be…
