This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Alexander county, dismissing a bill in equity, filed therein by the appellant, Caroline V. McClure, as devisee under the will of her late husband, Thomas J. McClure, deceased, against the ■appellees, Charles L. Otrich, and his infant son, Thomas J.
