Plaintiff Suzanne E. Bradley appeals from the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee’s grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant Wal-Mart Stores East, LP. Bradley brought this negligence action arising from a slip and fall at a Wal-Mart store. The district court found that Bradley failed to advance evidence to support her theory that Wal-Mart had constructive knowledge of the dangerous condition that caused her to fall.
