KAROHL, Judge.

A jury found Marvin Shepherd guilty of one count of possession of a controlled substance, § 195.202 RSMol994, and one count of receiving stolen property, § 570.080 RSMol994. He was sentenced to concurrent fourteen year terms. He presents two points on appeal. We affirm.

Shepherd does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence. The evidence, viewed in the light most favorable to the verdict, is as follows.
