STATEMENT OF THE CASE
This appeal arises from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the Board of Directors of the Monroe County Public Library (the “Board”), John W. Lash-er and Kathleen Gregg (collectively, “Defendants”) and against Kenley E. Burke. Burke sued Defendants following the termination of his employment with the Monroe County Public Library (the “Library”).
