In this action brought pursuant to Michigan’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), MCL 15.231 et seq., plaintiff appeals by right the circuit court’s grant of summary disposition in favor of defendants. We *740affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
