Dr. Ronald Swain appeals a summary judgment rendered against him in his suit against Wiley College for breach of his contract of employment. Dr. Swain contends in a single issue that the trial court erred in granting Wiley College’s motion for summary judgment and in denying his motion for partial summary judgment.
