— Appeals by defendant from (1) a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Canudo, J.), rendered June 24, 1977, convicting him of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence, and (2) an order of the same court, dated March 21,1980, denying his motion for resentencing pursuant to section 60.09 of the Penal Law. 11 Appeal from the order dismissed.
