Appellant William Johnson challenges his conviction for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and the trial court’s assessment of court costs against him. Appellant asserts the trial court violated his right to a neutral judge by questioning him-about the plea offer he rejected. Appellant also challenges Texas Local Government Code section 133.102 as violating the Texas Constitution. And, both the State and appellant claim the judgment contains errors.
