MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ALBRITTON, Senior District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This cause is before the court on the Plaintiffs’ Motion to Facilitate Notice (29 U.S.C. § 216(b)) (Doc. # 35).
The Plaintiffs filed a Complaint in this court asserting violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), and seeking compensation and benefits. The Plaintiffs ask the court to certify this case as a collective action under the FLSA.
