NORVELL, Justice.

The Doornbos plaintiffs (William Doorn-bos and others, successors in interest to C. Doornbos) sought, among other things, a declaration that a certain deed executed by Continental Oil Company to A. R. Mc-Elreath and F. W. Suggett, dated January 26, 1943, conveyed no more than a one thirty-second royalty interest in the minerals underlying the lands described in such deed.
