This case involves the application to complainants’ housing accommodations in Cincinnati, Ohio, of rent regulations established by the Price Administrator pursuant to the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, SO U.S.C.A. § 901 et seq. At the time this proceeding was commenced, two principal rent regulations were effective in the Cincinnati Defense-Rental Area.
